Le colloque Eucor « Organiser la démocratie alimentaire » aura lieu les 29 et 30 septembre 2022 à la Faculté de Sciences Economiques, Sociales et Juridiques de Mulhouse, Université de Haute-Alsace.

Le colloque, organisé à Mulhouse par l’équipe du CREGO de l’UHA avec les membres du consortium des Universités de Bale, Fribourg et Strasbourg dans le cadre du projet Eucor «Démocratie alimentaire et méta-organisations», a pour but de réunir des chercheurs en sciences sociales (sociologie, économie, gestion, géographie, etc.) et des praticiens qui se questionnent sur les transformations du système alimentaire par l’action collective.

CALENDRIER  :

• 30 juin 2022 : soumission des résumés (2 pages) à l’adresse : colloque-eucor.crego@uha.fr
  Pour les chercheurs : Le résumé doit présenter la problématique, le cadre théorique, la méthodologie et les principaux résultats de la recherche (en allemand, français ou anglais). 
  Pour les praticiens : Nous allons organiser des table ronde (échanges-débats). Nous vous invitons à soumettre vos propositions pour les tables rondes.

 The workshop Eucor « Organising Food Democracy »  will take place on September 29th and 30th 2022, at the Faculty of Economic, Social and Legal Sciences of Mulhouse, Université de Haute-Alsace

 The colloquium, organised in Mulhouse by the CREGO team of the UHA with the members of the consortium of the Universities of Basel, Freiburg and Strasbourg in the framework of the EUCOR project « Food Democracy and Meta-Organizations », aims to bring together researchers in the social sciences (sociology, economics, management, geography, etc.) and practitioners who address the question of transformations of the food system through collective action.

Deadline for the submission of your papers :

• 30 June 2022 : submission of abstracts (2 pages) to the address: colloque-eucor.crego@uha.fr
  For scientific contributions : the abstract should present the problem, the theoretical framework, the methodology and the main results of the research (in German, French or English).
  For practitioners : we are suggesting round table discussions. Interested practitioners are invited to suggest topics for the discussions.
